Artistes of the Week

Hi there! Welcome to the last week of April with fresh and exciting new releases on the table. Today we have:

Top Tier: Turn up/Like That

Kicking off the day with Double Trouble, Top Tier, a new Afrobeats artist just dropped a fiery two-pack that will lay down a party like no other! Emerging as one of the freshly baked voices in the Afrobeats scene, Top Tier, brings energy, charisma, and an unapologetically vibrant sound with his new releases, “Turn Up” and “Like That”

“Turn up” is a bold, feel-good anthem designed to light up dance floors and set the tone for unforgettable nights. Blending Afropop and Hip-hop, it captures the feeling of carefree enjoyment and embodies the spirit of good times, the kind where the music is flowing, the energy is right, and nobody’s holding back. Then, he raises the stakes with his second track; “Like That”, an infectious Afro-hiphop jam that strikes a balance between smooth music and thrilling energy. From the very first beat, this track pulls you into its world, and it captures that pre-party excitement; the anticipation of a great night, the thrill of stepping out, and the promise of unforgettable moments. Make sure to check out these two bangers!

Temkeyz: Money or love

Temkeyz, a solid artiste and a lover of love on his own terms, recently dropped his new single called; “Money or Love”. Smooth, rich, and effortlessly catchy, the track opens with vibrant instrumentation that gradually builds. On this song, Temkeys wishes for something simple; a lover with no stress. Someone to make life smooth and easy for him, because for him peace gets the utmost importance and with that in mind, he gives his lover the choice of “Love or Money”, to pick one to enjoy while in exchange he gets his okaan bale (peace of mind). The track is a simple, honest outcry for an undemanding love with no stress. Make sure to check out “Money or Love”

Vherro: love

Vherro, a bubbling new artist in the game, just released her debut single “Love”. Vherro kicks off her career with a unique energy, making her music so easy to love. Her new single,  “Love” is a scintillating and silky Afrobeats rhythm that shakes hands with soulful R&B, donned well in pidgin and English. Young Qing: Omo

Peter Chukwuebuka Obianwu known as Young Qing is a Nigerian recording artist, performer, and entertainer, whose style of music can best be described as a perfect blend of R&B, hip hop/Rap, and Afropop. Young Qing was born and bred in Lagos state, Nigeria but hails originally from Anambra state, Onitsha. As an emerging artist, his art is a combination of life and music intertwined. Recently, he dropped his newest single called “Omo. ”, It's A little nostalgic, and largely sentimental. The artist sings solemnly about how oddly life changes, the excesses of adulthood, and how simple things like company, spending time with your guys are overshadowed by the hustle and a need to grow and succeed, and beyond that he talks about the struggles of trying to build something. “Omo” is more than a song, but a deeply relatable, collective reality woven into words and sound. Make sure to check it out!
