Pson- Spirits

        Pson, is a born and raised East-South Congolese Artist, who seeks to inspire and impact the world with his unique sound. Last Friday, he released “Spirits” and with this one, the name tattles on itself with immediacy. From the first note to the last, this music is spiritual and all parts soulful. It's a lovely Afrobeats/Afrohouse music that hits straight to the heart. Like fog in the early morning, “Spirits” is just incredibly soothing and well organized. Somi- Throw something 

       Acclaimed vocalist, composer, actor, and playwright Somi Kakoma is the Midwestern daughter of immigrants from Uganda and Rwanda. Hailed by The New York Times as “a virtuosic performer in full command of her instrument and powers,” she is known to the global jazz community simply as 'Somi', yet is also the first African woman to ever be nominated in the jazz category.
