Kunmie: Arike remix

Picture of Kunmie

We thought we’d seen and heard all the beauty to come from ‘Arike’, but Kunmie says there’s more to uncover, with its new remix giving us another dimension and a feminine takeover of ‘Arike’. Featuring the iconic female Nigerian artiste; Simi, and the British R&B dame; Mabel, Arike receives the feminine version we’ve all been itching to hear. Simi opens the song with her soft and ethereal voice, piercing through, perforating every part of the music, and settling you down as you listen. She adds in some lovely ad-libs at the chorus, crowning a perfect melodic duet with Kunmie!Mabel takes on the next verse and puts an R&B spin on it, hitting her verse just right and joining the other two for a blissful chorus.

The women handle this music just as it’s meant to be handled. Where Simi floats, soothes, and pierces, Mabel’s high vocals keep you in a vise grip. This remix is beautiful, and if there’s anything we can be sure of it’s that Kunmie is here to stay and here to bless us with more good music!

With his long history and background in music, he has  set a pace for himself and is climbing his way to the top in the music industry.
