Koller - Jekodowo

“Jekodowo”, by African music maestro Koller, is a rich, Afrobeats/high-life fusion executed perfectly in his native language: Yoruba. This track is a song of gratitude and strong beliefs, where the artist thanks his maker and prays that everything his hands touch turns into blessings and his source never runs dry. The song comes in with quite an entrance, as the music hits you right away with such refreshing local drums, and a canon rhythm to follow, bursting vividly in your own ears. The rhythm is matched with the perfect handler; Mr. Koller who takes it away and is accompanied by some beautiful female, backing chorus vocals that add a touch of perfection to the music.
