Kidd Carder: Calculate

Oluwatosin Samuel, professionally known as Kiddcarder is a Nigerian singer, rapper, and songwriter. This rising star is arguably sitting on the list of the “next best thing” in the Afrobeats music scene. Here to make a name for himself with a drive, talent, and nothing but good music. Kidd Carder is what we can call an ultimate vibe-giver. On his new single ‘Calculate’, we are met with lovely vocals and a complementary Afrobeats hit of a rhythm, Kidd Carder expertly mixes a solemn passionate, love plea with a fire beat. Beejay: Baby Mi

Beejay combines Afro-soul, Afrobeats, and Amapiano like it's a walk in the park, on his new track ‘Baby Mi’. It’s a two-for-one deal on this one, sweet music packaged well with sweet rhythm. His silky vocals are simply to die for, teasing, floating, and a soft melody to the ears His dreamy soft tone is backed up by a kick-ass set of drums, that elevate the melody from up there to even higher. Aje (the releast): Propaganda

Aje (the realest), sets our expectations high with this new music, putting the swing in Afro-swing. Like a pendulum of art, he shows listeners, that there is always more than one way to stand out, more than one way to express your creative abilities. Never lacking in the ‘good music’ department, the artiste, takes his sound a step further from his Afro-trap, Afrobeats hits and dives head-first into a beautiful, modern Fuji rhythm, on his new single ‘Propaganda’. It’s not your usual sound and it’s nothing like you expect. Joshua Baraka: Wrong Places

Joshua Baraka is a Ugandan music artiste, whose musical genres set him apart in the new generation of artists in Uganda, as an artiste he makes sure to remain undefinable, attributing his kind of music as locked in the soul of whatever he has to say at every moment. In his new single ‘Wrong Places’ he sings about looking for love in all the wrong places and he teaches to to love ourselves first before searching for love outside ourselves. This message, we must admit, is delivered in the sweetest, melodic package featuring a taste of Joshua Baraka’s cloying, Afro-R &B vocals and a killer rhythm produced by J5ive. The flow is impeccably smooth and natural, and the harmonies are like honey. Waste no time and check out ‘Wrong Places’ by Joshua Baraka, because if you’re looking for sweet music that’s the right place to be.

Starsamm, Dj Rane, Dj six7even: Quiet

Starsamm, Dj Rane, and Dj six7even team up to give ‘house music of the century’, on their new single ‘Quiet’. Starsamm, born Samuel Iseoluwa Awwlewa, is a Nigerian artiste who does a blend of Afrobeat, R&B, and street hop into honest melodic soundscapes. While the DJs do their magic on the music, Starsamm bleeds out stars in the shape of vocal notes on this song. His tone is a soft one with an edge, unafraid to belt high when necessary and still maintaining his signature Quietness, a very befitting song for a very befitting artiste. Check out ‘Quiet’.

Kj spio and Oxlade: Emiko

Acclaimed, culturepreneur and one-man mood enhancer, a musical multi-hyphenate devoted to upping every ambiance of every room, KJ Spio, features one of the greatest Afro-R&B stars; Oxlade on his new single ‘Emiko’, and we can say this for a fact that the room is ablaze. With these beautiful voices bleeding into your ears,  ‘Emiko’ will certainly grow from being a welcome addition, to ‘stuck on your lips’ in no time. It is that music that is effortlessly addictive, so get in and get hooked, on ‘Emiko’
