Kamalsongs features Terry Apala for a remix of “Thug Luvin II”

Following his initial release of “THUG LUVIN” in 2023, Kamalsongs, an Afromusic artiste, drops an exciting refix in 2026 called; “Thug luvin II”, this time featuring famous modern Apala musician, Terry Apala, a perfect complement to the sweet Blues and Afro-Jazz music.

The track begins with smooth trumpets, the kind that tell stories of soft evening breezes and flowing drinks, and the smooth rhythm is matched toe to toe with an equally smooth yet passionate vocal delivery, creating a coaxing mix of intentionality and intensity.

Kamalsongs enters with the first verse as the trumpets set the tone, making love feel raw and real, as he sings; “Tell me that you love me”, yearning for the kind of love that loves loudly.

He speaks to his lover —that in the

Y face of people who have no faith in him, who belittle him, to show them just how much she loves him. He’s joined by Terry Apala in the next verse, who sweetly serenades his lover to love him truly, saying “omoge no dey use me play”

Thug luvin II, like the name implies drives a simple notion that thugs need genuine love too.

It’s craving a love that sees the best in you when others may struggle to. A love that chooses to stand by you as you would the same.
