Kibar drops an exciting, hopecore release called; “Zombie”
“Zombie” is an exciting, excellent arrangement of true Afrobeats music. It carries this Afro Jazz feel, where sound feels electric, energetic and spiritual.
The rhythm is too catchy and the vibe Kibar brings is contagious, well attuned with the beat. The music is rich in every aspect, generous with its percussion, instruments and overall message, that create a sonic heaven.
“Zombie” is a deeply relatable music on the reflection of the hard realities of life, the struggles with overwhelming responsibilities, mental pressure, things that can leave people feeling emotionally drained and disconnected from themselves.
Yet through it all Kibar tries to elevate fans from the realms of these problems into a world of enjoyment, happiness and peace. Rather than presenting struggle solely through pain, Kibar transforms the experience into a sound of hope, a reminder that it is okay to slow down, take a break, rewind, breathe, and seek clarity before moving forward.
He reminds us that “problem no dey finish” and turns “Zombie” from a song of reflection to a song of encouragement and a source of strength. “Zombie” speaks to anyone who has ever felt overwhelmed by the weight of expectations, responsibilities, and the constant pressure to keep going. The record captures that moment when life becomes exhausting, but hope remains.
Out now on all streaming platforms, make sure to enjoy Kibar’s new jam; “Zombie” and remind yourself that problem no dey finish, you must live for today!
