Kunmie lays his heart bare, giving quiet vulnerability on his new track “Confessions”

Kunmie invites listeners to the crux of his feelings, as he ruminates on this smoky, transient, new track; “Confessions”.

As he sings “Ololufe mi” in the softest tones you’ve ever heard, you instantly learn that love, as it aches, can also be really quiet.

Confessions, is falling in love, so hard it hurts. It’s vulnerability personified, a quiet, slipped love letter to the back of the class.

It’s the staying up at night, the stinging of the heart as you crave a deeper connection with someone you’ve admired for so long. It’s wanting them, waiting on them, desperately, yet softly to cross that plane of friendship into something more. Dreading almost loves, wishing it to happen, he coaxes her, saying, “Iwo ni mo fe ju lo”, (It is you I want the most)

So if you’re looking for a way to tell someone you really like them, to break the ice boldly saying you want something more, try “Confessions” and let this artist sing all the words you’ve been meaning to get off your chest!
